The starting point of "Japanese kaiseki cuisine" is to have you taste the blessings of the seasons. We firmly believe the "seasonal" ingredients are the finest treasures that nature cultivates and allow us to create dishes that we can be proud of.
It is our goal for you to enjoy the moment of the “seasons” and directly experience the various tastes and the appeal of authentic ingredients through our many presentations. If you would spend a moment of such luxury at Shoun RyuGin, we would be most pleased.
*Shoun RyuGin makes a wide range of “purchases” from Japan and Taiwan daily. Depending on what’s in stock, the menu may slightly differ. However, we only use ingredients that we are thoroughly satisfied with.
Specialty dishes and Chef Yamamoto’s specialties are prepared every day.
Please consider the number of items and the order of the course as a “tentative guide”.
Additionally, since the there is only one chef's selection course, we would appreciate it if you notify us of any food you cannot eat when you make your reservations.
A service charge (Table seats 10%, Private room 15%) will be added to the prices that are tax inclusive.
Please note that we absolutely do not use any chemical seasonings or other artificial flavors at our restaurant in any of our food.
